All bakery items are subject to availability. We do our best to keep our menu, pricing, and product information accurate, but items may change based on season, ingredient availability, or daily production.
Custom cakes, pastries, and special orders may require advance notice. Order details, pickup times, and pricing will be confirmed before the order is finalized.
For custom cakes and specialty baked goods, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including design requests, flavors, serving size, pickup date, and any special instructions.
Once a custom order is confirmed, changes may be limited depending on the production schedule. We will do our best to accommodate changes when possible.
Payment may be required at the time of ordering, especially for custom or large orders. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.
Because our products are made fresh and often prepared specifically for each customer, cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds may not be available for completed or picked-up orders. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and make it right when appropriate.
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed date and time. Cleo and Leo on Elm St. is not responsible for items that are not picked up on time or are damaged after pickup.
Once an order leaves our bakery, the customer is responsible for proper handling, storage, and transportation.
Our bakery may use common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients. While we take care in preparing our baked goods, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact with allergens.
Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before placing an order.
